Every business is unique, we offer a wide variety of service plans to fit your needs.

Managed services plans:  General day to day technical support, workstation updates and management, server and network device updates and management, asset inventory tracking, remote access support software, centrally managed anti-virus, advanced email spam filtering.  Additional services and solutions provided based on specific need/requirements.
 
Managed onsite plans:  General day to day technical support with prescheduled onsite visits (frequency and duration determined by need), workstation updates and management, server and network device updates and management, asset inventory tracking, remote access support software, centrally managed anti-virus, advanced email spam filtering.  Additional services and solutions provided based on specific need/requirements.
 
Block plans:  Blocks of pre-paid service hours are pre-purchased.  Service hours are then utilized until the block is depleted.  New blocks are then purchased.  Services provided are based on need and include: General day to day technical support, workstation updates and management, server and network device updates and management, etc.  Software services such as anti-virus, email filtering are provided and billed on a monthly basis.
Hourly plans:  Per-request day to day technical support availability.  Simply contact us via phone or email, describe your issue and a technician will be assigned to your request.  Support will be provided via remote session, or a technician will be dispatched to your location if needed.  Flat hourly rates apply.  The rate is higher for evening, weekend, and holiday services.  A monthly retainer/minimum is required (2 hours).  All services are billed in 15 minute increments.
Custom plans:  Additionally, to meet specific support needs, a fully custom service plan can be developed.  Clients with unique business needs, or specific technology support needs are accommodated.  Examples of custom plans include:  Supplemental  technical support of a remote corporate entity, security requirements with specific criteria to be met, implementation projects, etc.
